All users are required to complete secure authentication procedures before accessing the platform. Users are responsible for ensuring that all information provided during registration remains accurate and up to date.

3. Platform Role and Limitations of Liability

Parklama Charging serves solely as an intermediary platform that connects charging station owners with users seeking charging services.

The platform facilitates:

• Reservation management

Parklama Charging is not responsible for:

• Technical failures or malfunctions of charging stations

• Vehicle-related issues or damages

• Power outages or interruptions

• Service quality provided by charging station owners

• Any disputes arising between users

Any charging service provided following a reservation is solely the responsibility of the service provider and the service recipient.

Charging station owners are solely responsible for their electricity consumption costs, utility bills, tax obligations, and any other legal responsibilities associated with operating their charging stations.

4. Charging Station Owner Responsibilities

By listing a charging station on the platform, station owners agree to make the station available for use by other authorized users.

Station owners are responsible for ensuring that:

• The station is accessible to users

• The station is operational and safe to use

• Location information is accurate

• Technical specifications and charging capacity are correctly stated

• Pricing information is accurate

• Availability schedules are kept up to date

All charging stations may be subject to an administrative review and approval process before being published on the platform.

Parklama Charging shall not be liable for any tax liabilities, penalties, or financial obligations incurred by users.

8. Reviews and Community Guidelines

Users may rate and review charging stations after completing a charging session.
